Welcome to SnookerOps ("we", "our", or "us"). We provide a cloud-based operating system for billiards lounges through our website (snookerops.com) and our web application (app.snookerops.com). We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.
2. Data We Collect
We act as a Data Fiduciary for our direct customers (club owners) and a Data Processor for the end-users (players). We collect:
- Account Data: Name, email, phone number, and business details when you register at app.snookerops.com.
- Operational Data: Table sessions, billing records, and inventory data generated through our POS system.
- Player CRM Data: Phone numbers and credit balances of players, collected strictly on behalf of our client clubs.
- Junior Player Data: Parental/Guardian consent records for players under the age of 18, strictly as mandated by the DPDP Act.
3. Data Usage & Security
Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure located within India. We utilize multi-tenant isolation, AES-256 encryption at rest, and TLS 1.3 in transit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use your data exclusively to provide our services, process payments, and prevent fraud.
4. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Under Indian law, you have the right to access, correct, erase, and export your personal data. Club owners can perform a 1-click JSON export of all operational data directly from their dashboard at app.snookerops.com.
