1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our marketing website at snookerops.com or using our cloud software at app.snookerops.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Software as a Service (SaaS)

SnookerOps provides a subscription-based platform. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for the internal management of your billiards lounge. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our platform's source code.

3. Payment & Subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of active tables configured in your club. Failure to process subscription payments will result in a suspension of services after a 7-day grace period. Refunds are provided solely at our discretion.

4. Anti-Fraud Mechanisms

Our platform includes mechanisms to detect backdating and unauthorized discounts. SnookerOps provides software tools for auditing but assumes no legal liability for any physical cash theft, inventory loss, or employee fraud occurring at your premises.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
